my mom gave me her fitbit and it won't connect to my phone and every time I hold the button down it goes to all the different little things or the timer starts and the time is messed up. I need help.

Welcome to our Community @KatieSharpton98! Thanks for joining us! Man HappyWhy don't you try restarting your tracker one more time by following the steps provided in this thread. A restart does the trick sometimes.
