Why does it say I have done almost 20 kms for the day but I have only done about 4000 steps. I can't change my stride distance from 67 cm and I don't have access to a computer to change it there.

Can you access the Internet from your phone? If so, go to the FitBit website, rather than the app, and change your stride length that way.

@Hippypippa I think your stride length sound normal (around 2 ft). Could it be that you have logged an activity? Check your records to see if this is the case. Also try syncing your tracker again to see if this correct any issue. You could also change your stride length following @Hilary55 suggestion.

Let me know how it goes!
