Won't sync with Android phone, syncs with iPad

I've tried all the tips mentioned so far, but my Charge 2 still won't sync with my Galaxy (since November 13th). Syncs with my iPad app, though. Any word on an Android update?

Hello, @JeannieJS! Welcome aboard. You can check all compatible devices on this list, there was an update a little ago, which included a lot of new Android devices. 

 

Have you confirmed that your location is on? This is a requirement to sync now. You can also try:

1. Log out and back in from the App

2. Forcequit or reinstall

Hi! Michelle here! I'm unfortunately having the same issue with my android phone . I've done all that was recommended and it keeps giving me the Not working?are there any devices around? Try your turning your blue tooth off etc. What do I do now??
