My surge won't sync with my phone
Samsung 5. Help need to start recording results.

A warm welcome to the Community @Paulinej. If your tracker is not syncing with your Samsung phone, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot. After these steps your tracker should work properly.

My charge hr not synching. Brand new.
No icon shows on the wrist band when turns on. Second one with this problem. So frustrated.

Great to see you around @BARBIE77. Have you tried the troubleshoot provided in my previous post? If you haven't, please try those steps. After following them your tracker should work without an inconvenience.

Hi guys
Thanks for all the advise. I was told to turn everything off I left it off for a couple of hours and all fixed. 😊 so back to normal.
