Won't sync

Hi, I had my fitbit now over a year, as of this morning it won't sync. It won't update my steps, I've been clicking on the explanation point in a pink circle but it keeps popping up. I have a note 4, I uninstalled the app and reinstalled, still nothing... any help would be great!

Welcome to the Community @Krisgia1979. I recommend Restarting your Flex, after the restart process follow the Update Procedure one more time from your Android Fitbit app and if it doesn't work from the app try from a computer.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome! Woman Happy

I'm still having charge issues.. I'm lucky if my charge makes it 6 days.
Any advise?

I hope u purchased the 2 year extended warranty.  Although the fitbit is an awesome device the main issue & complaint with the device is the battery. So ur going to have to get it replaced.
This is the only issue I've had with my fitbit other than syncing issues but if u ever encounter that I can help u fix that as well.
If u can replace ur unit do so immediately, then everyday when u charge it, & only charge it when it tells u to, take it off for the short time u need to charge it.  Pay close attention to if & as soon as it's charged,  unplug it & put it back on.  If u take it off at night & charge it & leave it plugged in charging all night,  this Burns the cell of the battery out. It happened to me once,  I replaced it, (fortunately I bought the warranty) & am now very faithful about my charging habit. & only charge it using ur computer.  Charging it with an outlet burns it out as well.
When it comes close to the 2 year warranty is almost up,  u can go in & purchase another warranty.
If u dont have a warranty now,  the fitbit is currently on sale for $109 @ best buy,  & purchase the warranty for $26 dollars.
If u have any other questions feel free to email me again.
