Have you checked that the phones are supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?
Are you having a problem with setting up your Charge 2 or did that go ok but it has since stopped syncing?

I have a Motorola Droid Turbo phone. I've successfully synced my Charge 2 twice since getting it on Christmas. Bluetooth on my phone shows that I'm connected to the fitbit but the it won't sync. Any clues?

Best AnswerSet up was.fine. Have used it all week and not had any issues. Today it won't sync. Tried all suggestions.
