Won't sync

I have 2 New phones and a new Charge HR2. It won't sync with either phone.  Tried everything I can think of.  Both phones are Android.

Have you checked that the phones are supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?

 

Are you having a problem with setting up your Charge 2 or did that go ok but it has since stopped syncing?

I have a Motorola Droid Turbo phone.  I've successfully synced my Charge 2 twice since getting it on Christmas.  Bluetooth on my phone shows that I'm connected to the fitbit but the it won't sync.  Any clues?

It set up OK.  And the auto sync throughout the day sometimes works.  But if I enter the app and click sync now,  it won't

I'm having the same problem.  Everything shows a connection and some of the auto sync throughout the day sometimes works.  But if I enter the app and click sync now it won't.  And I have never been able to get phone notifications

Set up was.fine. Have used it all week and not had any issues.  Today it won't sync.  Tried all suggestions.
