I just got a new LGV20 i can not get my Charge2 to sync with my phone. Please help!

@Erossi, when I checed the Fitbit Compatible Devices list, I did not see the LG V20 listed.  That does not necessarily mean it will not work, it just means that it has not been tested to be compabile.  Were you able to successfully set up Charge 2 tracker in the Fitbit app on the LG V20?

Got a new phone the lg v20 and my fitbit will not sync with this phone.

I was able to get them to sync. It just took awhile and some persistence. Thank you!!!

I kept trying and it eventually paired. So I am not really sure.
