Won't sync

Sync error, please try again.
I've updated, and un installed the app and re installed. It sees my tracker because it shows battery level, but won't sync

It's nice to see our Community is growing @Ssfungym! Welcome my friend! Cat WinkI'd appreciate you do the following:

 

1. Verify Internet and Bluetooth connection are working correctly.

2. Close the Fitbit App and open it again.

3. Turn Bluetooth off and then turn it back on.

4. Reboot your mobile device.

5. Open the Fitbit App again and try to sync your tracker one more time.

Nothing worked but I did an update on my phone (Galaxy S5) and after the update my Fitbit app was working again and syncing.
