Hi @SunsetRunner,

Just a heads up, I've merged your post out of the feature suggestion board and into the Android forum to help keep the Community organized.

First I would recommend that you switch "Always Connected" on in your Android App. What this does is improve the connection between your Android device and tracker.

Next, I would recommend turning on "All Day Sync". This will allow your tracker to periodically sync in the background.

If you are still having trouble syncing with your Android device, I would recommend:

1. Make sure that your Android device is compatible. Click here to check.

2. Turn on Location Services for the Fitbit App. Click here for more information.

3. Restart your tracker.

4. Restart your Android device.

5. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.

Hope this helps!

My tracker is fine, my app settings are fine and my phone is fine.  There is a problem with the app itself.  I wish someone would address that and stop offering me these "solutions." Michelle Wallace
