A warm welcome to our new friend @2BoyMom78! Ifyou are having issues setting up your Call Notifications using your Android device, please do the following:

  1.  Confirm your mobile device is compatible with notifications by visiting the list of compatible devices here. Notifications are available for Android devices running OS 4.3 or later.
  2. Put your tracker within 20 feet (6 meters) of your mobile device for the rest of the setup process. Note that you'll only receive notifications on your tracker when your mobile device is within this radius with Bluetooth on
  3. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap your tracker tile.
  4. Tap Notifications.
  5. Check the box next to Fitbit Notification Service and then tap OK.
  6.  To complete the set up, tap the arrow in the top left to return to your tracker tile and tap Sync Now.

I really hope this helps! Keep me posted! Cat Wink

I went to the Fitbit App -> Settings -> Notifications and did not see where I could turn on the Cell Phone Notifications.  My Fitbit Tracker Notification is already set to "ON".  I tested my calls and within the 20-step Bluetooth requirement and still NOT working. This is one of the reasons why I opted for the Fitbit as my xmas gift.  What am I doing wrong?
