Won't update

Bought from Wish...the flex won't update...it will sync ..

Hi @Indianamom. I tried googling Wish but could not get to it without creating an account. So maybe you can tell me ... the flex you purchased ... was it the original Flex or the Flex 2? Was it a new item, covered by a warranty and/or return policy?  Or was it a used Flex? 

 

Please let me know.

It was,a flex2...refurbished..

Since it was refurbished, you should probably see about getting a refund.
