How about making an android app that works for all android phones so that people don't end up buying a tracker that doesn't work with their phone and then being told to make a suggestion that the app is made compatible for that particular model of phone.
They are then expected to twiddle their thumbs while waiting for more poor suckers to vote with them. In the meantime the phone has become outmoded and the problem rolls on.T
I suggest you concentrate on making the app synch and work for everyone before trying to add more bells and whistles.

Hello @Lilbiddy.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts with everyone.
Please do know that we are well aware of the multiple requests to further expand the list and let more phones work with our devices. Be sure that we are continually looking for ways to improve the overall experience and that this will be passed on to the rest of the team.
As always, feel free to reach out with any questions.

Hi @LanuzaFitbit, I see that you have moved my post. I had put it in suggestions with the intent that people could vote on the idea of not having to suggest individual models of phone. Let's face it, we all want the app to work with our phone why go through all that rigmarole. We've bought your product we shouldn't have to buy retro phones to find one that is classed as compatible. I can't think of any other company that puts so much blame on it's clients, even my insurer hasn't been as weaselly.

Hello @Lilbiddy.
I definitely understand the intent on having a general one.
It was moved given that we'd rather have specific suggestions regards on specific phones so that we can provide updates on those phones specifically.
Thanks for your understanding. Feel free to let me know if there are any other questions.

So we are only allowed to have suggestions that you might want to answer? There is nothing preventing you issuing updates about particular models. The intent is to try to get through to a point of influence that android users are fed up being given the runaround with recurring problems and playing second fiddle to apple iPhone users, who already have a watch made just for them.
