In checking I have the latest Fitbit software but where's the newest dashboard like my partner's? Please & thank you.

The new dashboard layout is still being rolled out. As you have the latest software there's nothing you need to do but wait for it to arrive. There's nothing you can do to make it arrive any sooner.
