Wrong Gender shown for Contact Profile

I have my friend added in fitbit app who is a regular charge 2 user and male. 

But under the friends/personal tag,  his gender id displayed wrongly as female when viewed from my mobile. He has configured his fitbit app correctly(male).

 

Similar is the case when my profile is viewed from his friend list..it shows female,where as I have set correctly my gender male in the app.

Thanks for bringing this up! 

 

I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on. Could you share some screenshots of how it shows in both cases? 

 

In the meantime I'd recommend trying to log out of your accounts and then log back in, in case it is a matter of the information not loading up correctly. Doing that will force all details to be loaded from the servers and should correct any errors that could've caused this.

  • Did you try the steps I mentioned above?
