Xiaomi A2 and Cubot Max are not working with fitbit

Hi, I have these two kind of smartphones and none of them is working with Fit Bit. 😞 I was reading that the list of smartphones will be updated regularly but the listed Xiaomi phones are old and Cubot is not listed at all. Even my Black Berry is not listed so do I really have to order a old smartphone to be able to use my fit bit charge 3? This can't be a solution. Isn't there a kind of technical support who are able to adjust the technology to the newest smartphones?

@Anerane Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that you can't sync your Fitbit device with your phones. Your phones don't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, since you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

Let me know how it goes!

Hi Alvaro, thank you for your help. After restart of the Phone and changing some settings it worked. Unfortunately the joy was not for Long. After wearing it for about 2,5 days I became pain in my arm and neck. After removing the fit bit Charge 3 the pain went away. ,:-(
