Xiaomi Mi9 compatibility

I know people have talked about this, but when are you going to make the versa compatible with the mi9? I just bought the watch as a present without thinking compatibility would be an issue.

Worst smartwatch I have ever used. Music, notifications... Everything is a **ahem**ing battle!

Hi @Chime, welcome on board. I'm glad to see you around.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback, and I'm sorry that you're having this experience. I see your point of view, and while I currently I don't have information when the Xiaomi MI9 phone will be added to our supported devices list, our team keeps testing it with the Fitbit app so it can fully work with all the features, as well being added to the list.

If you have any other question let me know.

I am also in the same boat. I was offered a discount on a new tracker as my Xiaomi mi9 SE would not carry out the new update. I then discovered that the problem was 'some' Xiaomi models are compatible but not the mi9. So my old tracker was not the fault. I have had numerous conversations with Fitbit as to when they can sort this - surely a new Xiaomi 'model' can't be that different from the other already supported Xiaomi models? I'm not feeling the love from a company I used to rave about to anyone thinking of joining the Fitbit family. To have a fitness tracker with all the functions that I had and now not have them is really stressful as I have spent hours trying to find an alternative. Not being able to compete with Fitbit friends and family is no fun either. So disappointed.
