Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 compatibility

Please add the xiomi redmi note 5 to the Fitbit devices compatibility list. I received my Fitbit as a gift and my phone is not compatible with the device and I have been contacting Fitbit live chat steady about this and nothing is being done I have threatened to leave Fitbit and u will if it's not sorted soon. Thanks

Let me share with you that we are constantly working and testing different mobile devices to make sure that they work as intended with our products and services. As it turns out, at this moment I'm unable to let you know when or if the Xiaomi Note 5 will be added to our list of compatible devices, however, my best advice for you will be to constantly check our list of compatible devices for any update.

It's not good enough the watch costs €200 it should be working with all devices .

Okay I don't think it's good enough I have this watch since December use have said use were working to make it compatible since then and still nothing I will have to take this to higher authority.
