I did most recent update available and active minutes (approx 200) cleared to zero. No other stats were lost. Any way to get it back or the reason for this?

I am assuming you updated your phone app. I would try logging out of the app, clearing the cache, and then logging back in. I'm assuming it's some kind of sync issue.
