@chatur I recommend confirming that your device is listed as a supported device for call/text notifications here. If the device is listed as supported, I recommend trying out the troubleshooting instructions in this help article and then attempting to send yourself a test notification once completed.
The Xperia XA is not on our list of supported devices at this time. Our Android Team is always working to test and add more devices to our supported devices list. I recommend keeping an eye on this list as it will be updated when more devices are listed as supported.
At this time, I recommend setting up your device using a different mobile supported device or using a computer to complete the process. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but hope this helps to get you up and tracking your activity.
