I dont know if this is gonna help anyone but after 3 weeks of no sync I unpaired and paired again in android, uninstalled fit-bit, reinstalled logged in, it again was stuck at 10% as usually but 5 mins later it synced.
Maybe it will work if anyone has same issue.

I guess this should have been stickied somewhere better than the right side as im pretty sure that was the issue

Hi, @Artem1s , just to confirm, once synced, all your data is stored on the Fitbit servers, not on your phone, your Fitbit, or even your app, so re-installing the app, restarting your Fitbit or even setting up your Fitbit as a replacement device will not cause you to lose any data.
