Hmm... anyone notice the Android widget isn't working anymore? Mine stopped updating properly, so I removed the widget, uninstalled the app, reinstalled. Now, the app works fine, but when I try to drag the widget onto the screen the 2x2 space is filled but no visible widget.

Thoughts?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Catawampus, hope you're doing great! Strange let me say... I'd recommend doing the following:

  • Log out of your Fitbit App
  • Force quit the App
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Log back into your Fitbit App

Once this has been done, depending on your mobile device you can add Fitbit widgets in one of two ways:

  1. Select Apps from the home screen.
  2. Select Widgets from the top of the page.
  3. Swipe until you see Fitbit.
  4. Tap and hold to drag the widget to the desired home screen.

Or:

  1. Tap and hold the home screen.
  2. Select Widgets.
  3. Swipe until you see Fitbit.
  4. Tap and hold to drag the widget to the desired home screen.

Let me know if this does the trick!
