app failure

i am fed up with feature after feature nonlonger working in the app
even with all permissions turned on, full signals  gps will not accurately track my exercise, the map will track little then cut back to start creating own routes

nolonger have txt or call alerts on my fitbit tho all permissions turned on
app nolonger shows a live view of what my heart rate is always shows what average resting rate is. used to beat and be live of what was currently being tracked, same with steps dont go up as i have app open and exercising 

nolonger auto syncs i have to manually sync thru the day, even all permissions on

i have restarted fitbit. have logged out of account, updated every update of app, uninstalled, restarted phone, re-downloaded
am very frustrated as is so many "features" that just dont work and forum shows many others with same issues
