Why are biometrics and BPM on Homescreen being Denied? I am a premium member.

I don't see any biometrics on my Android phone Fitbit app Today screen.  If you mean the Android phone home screen, that's not Fitbit's doing.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

What exactly are you wanting to see and are not able to ? Could you describe the path taken on the Fitbit app?
Do you receive an error message?
