Hi
In the first day of using flex, i wear my fitbit and immediately went to bed .
in the next morning the app showed me 500 calories burned !
actually i can not undrestand the calorie counting method.
is something wrong ? it is impossible that i burn 500 calories during sleeping.

Actually I disagree. Seeing around 500 calories after a night's sleep is perfectly normal.
As well as tracking calories burnt through activity your fitbit also tracks your BMR calories - those you burn just keeping your body alive (even when asleep). The count will have reset to zero at midnight and the figure you see in the morning will be the BMR calories since then. There's more information on this here:
