Hello, my Alta software needs to be updated on my android but I have had no luck with installing the update. I have restated my phone, uninstalled fitbit and installed again but still won't update. I can't sync until the software is updated. Please help

If you want to update your tracker's firmware with your Android Fitbit app, please confirm you are following the steps provided in the How do I update my tracker's firmware? post. Keep in mind that you can also update your tracker's firmware from a computer.

Two days ago my fitbit charge froze halfway through the update and wont let me do anything to help it.

I've been trying to up date mine. I have updated the app made sure it's all powered and is next to my phone and nowt is happening. It goes up a little and the stops
