Just as the title says.
It both buttons on the app just don't work.
I don't know how long since this app changed I haven't opened it in awhile but every time it changes it gets worse. Why can't i click those 2 buttons? It just shows a screen that says retry and clicking that does absolutely nothing.

Didnt expect any replies and I figured out what it is on my own. So i will share that with others in the future. Google wants all of your data, anything you do that limits that data, they make it harder for you to use any of their services. For example logging into the Fitbit site here in FireFox running antifingerprint extensions. Doesn't like that, get an error, have to keep reloading until it works.
Anyways, the reason that i could not see the Fitbit clock faces or the apps through the Fitbit app was because I had custom DNS on Android setup, so all i had to do was turn it off for a second then turn it back on after I got into the clockfaces section. So if you have turned on custom DNS that would be one of the possible reasons why you can't access the clock faces or the applications settings within the Fitbit app.
If your using Google Chrome and Google DNS and have all of your settings to sync with Google and allow them to collect every little shred or data then you will never run into this issue and everything will most likely be fine. Aside from the usual issues that have only gotten worse since Google bought Fitbit. Like notifications randomly stop syncing out of no where. Every now and again you might have to remove the device and reset it to reconnect.
On a side note, you do not have to allow location to use the app. It's not necessary. You can turn it off. Don't let that little scare tactic fool you. You should only allow location access when you are going to use the feature. Otherwise have it off. Limit the data collection. And for crying out loud don't use chrome. Use another browser and delete chrome, get ad blocker extensions so you can enjoy the Internet and never see ads on your device.

Can't click on watch faces or apps anymore.
Don't know when this app changed again but every time it is always getting worse. This is honestly unbearable. I would imagine that if i used my fitbit for more than just notifications (which have always just stopped working out of no where throughout the day that i had to get another app that actually works way better).
Them having access to your data is more important than a functioning application. The app was fine before Google took over, it's only getting worse.
Would love an explanation so i can access watch faces and apps in the Fitbit app tho. I'll patiently wait.

Hello @BigMcCaber
I moved your post from the Ace LTE product help forum, which is a child's device, to your other post in the Android platform forum.

Yeah thank you. I realized that it was in the wrong section but it, I didn't/don't care, doesn't matter where it's posted. Theres just too many problems, one solution for someone isn't the same for someone else. It's all just problems posted over and over and everyone is tired and probably doesn't even want to bother going over the same issue with multiple people to either come to the conclusion "well I don't know then, I don't know what to tell you, sorry"

Hello @BigMcCaber
Sorry to see that no one else responded to your reported issue.
Which Fitbit device do you have and which version of the Fitbit app is on your mobile device? The most recent app version is 4.46.
