A warm welcome to the Forums @mojoworking. If you are having problems connecting your tracker with your Samsung Galaxy 6. I recommend checking if your phone is a Compatible Mobile Device. If it is, follow the Syncing Troubleshoot and If these steps don't work, feel free to contact our Support Team.

Welcome to our Community @mjwallace79! Thanks for the update @mojoworking! Why don't you try restarting your tracker by following the steps provided in this thread and make sure your Internet and Bluetooth connection are working properly. If that doesn't work try setting up your tracker as a new device by following the process provided here.
