can't sync with Samsung 6

Hi had charge hrs for a month from amazon. Can't return has rarely synced and no idea what to do gutted ive wastes so much money

A warm welcome to the Forums @mojoworking. If you are having problems connecting your tracker with your Samsung Galaxy 6. I recommend checking if your phone is a Compatible Mobile Device. If it is, follow the Syncing Troubleshoot and If these steps don't work, feel free to contact our Support Team.

I had done all of these things. I've done them all again. Alas still no joy. I just wanted something that I could log my activity with etc and it's not working

Same issue since Friday evening. None of the troubleshooting tips have helped. My tracker is not a useless bracelet. Very disappointing. I feel like fitbit is not taking this problem seriously. I'm looking at different trackers today.

Thanks for the update @mojoworkingRobot HappyWhy don't you try restarting your tracker by following the steps provided in this thread and make sure your Internet and Bluetooth connection are working properly. If that doesn't work try setting up your tracker as a new device by following the process provided here.
