cant get it to sync

I was in sync but cant sync it now

@SunsetRunner I have been restarting both constantly - any idea when this can get fixed? Robot Sad

It used to work with no problems at all! I don't know if it was the tracker update or an app update. Robot Frustrated

When keep contacting them by email, there's a chance that your message is pushed back.. when did you contacted them? It takes up to two working days before getting a reply.

I'm having the same problems. Can't get it to do anything now, won't sync or even pair. Uninstalled, reinstalled, phone on and off, reset flex! I'm ready to try Garmin!

It's great to see you around more often @ljones727Smiley Very HappyI noticed @SunsetRunner provided you with some suggestions to help you resolve your issue. I'd suggest you try to set up your tracker as a new device by following these instructions. Note that if you have not synced in over 24 hours, your activity data for previous days will be lost and only today's data will remain. 

 

Also, @ljones727 please know that Customer Support usually takes between 1-2 business days to reply back to you. However, I'd suggest you contact them via phone to receive a faster response at 1 (877)-623-4997. Their available hours are 4:00AM Pacific Time through 8:00PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. They're also available on weekends from 6:00AM to 5:30PM PST.

I did get it to sync, But I am so sick to my stomach because it came off at some point and I lost it. I looked all over. It took Me two months to save for it because I am on disability....I will check back in when I am able to purchase a new one....Thanks

After a lot of frustration and calls to fitbit support, I gave up and went
with Garmin. I love the fitbit flex and hated losing a years worth of steps
but till the syncing issue is fixed, I am switching.
