charge 2 not showing correct time

My Charge 3 is 20 minutes slow.  Have rebooted and resynced but it does not help.  It also is not showing sleep info for the last couple of days.

I had this same problem yesterday and thought it was fixed.  It is back this morning.

I have uninstalled the app, rebooted my fitbit and followed all instructions I could find.  Now the data is not even showing on my online dashboard. I have tried re pairing the tracker and even though the app says it has found it, the circle keeps spinning .  and none of that explains the 20 minute error in the time. I did not get a response yesterday so to say I am frustrated is an understatement.

I'm also experiencing sync issues (Android app, Versa Classic), since last update April twenty-something. I thought I had fixed it by uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and also by resetting the Versa, but it just keeps happening: all of a sudden it won't sync, and I need to reinstall again (last I did it today, April 29th, so my app is totally up to date), turn my phone off, and then if I'm lucky it syncs again once, only to have the same problem the next time I want to sync. I go to wifi settings and they just won't load at all, I think it's got to do with the fitbit app latest update.

@caronmaw the data is still there. The problem is you removed the tracker from your account. Why? Doing this simply adds more problems.

Not knowing which phone I'll suggest the help docs

Have you tried clearing the Fitbit app cache?

When was the last sync, according to the Fitbit app?

I have a samsung 9 and have no idea how to clean the fitbit cache.

also the time on the fitbit is 36 minutes behind the real time.  Yesterday it was 20.  My dashboard online is not showing any current data and does not sync.

I went to my laptop's fitbit app and at least I could sync there.  It seems to be an issue with the android app.

This morning it worked again for me, until about 2 hours ago. Now it's not working again. It seems totally random and not depending on the phone or my wifi at all.

Thank you.  I did that. It did not help the fitbit problem, but I learned something!

Day two of fitbit chaos. I cannot even get it to pair with my phone now.  The app says to put it in has a circle that rolls on forever after finding the fitbit and then times out saying to turn my Bluetooth off and on. The phone says it is not in pairing mode.  The  clock is now over 1 hour and 10 minutes off and the data is skewed on my computer dashboard.  I am more than frustrated.  Not sure if taking it back to factory setting as starting anew will make the problem worse or not.  The fitbit is only 10 months old, so I am more than frustrated.

Day 4 of Charge 3 hell.  My fitbit is basically useless after three days of frustration trying to get it going again.  I first noticed that it was 20 minutes off. Since then I have uninstalled the app, tried to restart the fitbit, cleared the fitbit app cache, rebooted it and searched every forum, tried everything suggested and imaginable.  When I try to pair it with using Bluetooth, the fitbit finds the charger, my

Android sees the tracker, but then it just goes in circles until it times out and tells me to turn my Bluetooth off and on, which I have done numerous times.  Now the time on my fitbit is hours off and seems to change at will.  The dashboard no longer shows all my settings and shows calories used, not steps, sleep ,heart rate or anything else. The fitbit itself shows step and heart rate. .  I cannot add correct and change tiles on either the app or the desktop and since it is not paired it does not even show I have a fit bit. Today  I tried the online chat support to ask someone for help, waited for 45 minutes and gave up.  I then tried the contact directly which meant I had to sign up for twitter and sent a message several hours ago to which I have not gotten a response.  The last thing I need today is to call the phone number and be put on hold. In short, I am beyond frustrated and ready to consider another tracker. I rely on my fitbit for data related to heart rate and sleep. This is my second fitbit and it is less than a year old.  I have been a user for over 4 years.  I am simply at my wits end and hope for a solution before I throw this into the garbage and get another  tracker from another company.
