charge2 won't record correct miles etc

my charge2 doesn't record the correct information when I walk on the treadmill....but does fine when outside walking.

Which information, specifically?

If steps, are you holding onto rail on treadmill? If arm is not swinging, it cannot see steps.  And if you are not getting steps, it cannot use them to calculate distance.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
