@Comnection welcome to the Fitbit family! Let's find a solution for it! I suggest trying the restart process a couple of times and then try to re pair your Alta again. To restart please follow these steps:
- Plug your charging cable into a USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
- Clasp the other end of the cable to the port on the back of your Alta. Alta will begin charging.
- Press the button on your charging cable three times within eight seconds, briefly pausing between presses. The button is on the end of the charging cable that is plugged into your computer.
- Eight seconds after the first button press, you'll see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This means Alta is restarting.
- After you see the logo you can unplug your tracker from the charging cable.
Also, make sure that your Android device is compatible with the Fitbit app by clicking here. Then try the set up process once again by doing this:
- On the Fitbit app for Android dashboard, tap the menu icon in the top left corner.
- Tap Devices.
- Tap the + icon in the top right corner.
- Tap Add a new Device.
- Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted!

That seemed to solve my problem of connectivity as well. Thank you!! I didn't even notice the button on the charger cord of the Alta. I had already tried reloading the software, changing my password, and didn't know how to reset it. The phone Bluetooth would not discover it after deleting it until it was reset.

A warm welcome to our new friend @789! I'm glad to see that resetting your Alta did the trick! Feel free to post back.
Also, I'd like to invite you to our Lifestyle Discussion Forums. There are lots of interesting topics; my favorite is "Eat Well" since I love food!
Hope to see you around more often!

Thanks for taking a break from stepping to visit the Community @Vu2ashok! In order for your tracker to properly sync with your Android device, it has to meet certain requirements (mostly Bluetooth and other connectivity criteria). Make sure that your Android device is in the list of supported mobile devices here.
Feel free to post back!
