Can anyone help me solve this problem? I got a new phone, the google pixel4a, and the fitbit app keeps telling me that the fitbit.com website is down when I try to log in. I looked for an updated app on the play store and I have the most current version so that's not the issue.

@tani0tani, this is normally a temporary problem, caused by a communications problem. Usually you can wait a while and try again, and it will connect. Are you still experiencing this problem.

I've been trying off and on for 3 days. The message reads: Fitbit.com is
unavailable. Please try again later.
I can access my account from every other device I own. The problem is
specific to that app and my new phone.

Thanks for the reply, @tani0tani. Sounds like it is an issue with incompatibility. The Pixel 4a is probably running the Android 11 OS, and there have been others reporting problems with the Android 11 not being fully compatible.
