fitbit dont sync on alcatel

I had my fitbit linked to my sansung phone that died last night. I try to use Alcatel for now and installed the fitbit app there and paired my fitbit with that new device. Bluetooth is on. But they don't sync and I can't force the sync as there's no button like that in Alcatel app. App on Alcatel looks very different than it looks on Samsung and lots of options are missing. The most upsetting there's no information exchange between my charge 3 and app installed on Alcatel since last night 8 pm when Samsung died. Solutions? Thanks

Unfortunately there do not appear to be any Alcatel phones on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices

Do you have access to any other devices (e.g. a tablet) that is on the list or maybe a computer you could use?

Is it possible to know which model do you have? Because I have read that sometimes with a one-touch idol 3 it works.
