hi,
I had upgraded the firmware on my charge hr a few days back after which my fitbit stopped syncing. I have tried all devices and instructions on your forums and manuals. I have already tried the following:
(a) forget the Bluetooth device on all devices i.e iPhone, pc , mac, android.. I have all the devices but my fitbit is syncing with none of them. in all the devices it is getting stuck at the point where i select the option to add my device and am asked to enter the code i see on my fitbit device. Upon entering the code all the devices show connecting on the app but the fitbit never connects. so it is not a problem of device as such but a problem with the last update.
(b) I have reset/ restarted the device more than 20 times to sync the fitbit (press and hold the power button while the fitbit is charging). Again it reaches the point where it shows connecting and then nothing happens
