Hello @Nico-ple, nice to see you in this opportunity in the Fitbit Community! Regarding the Community tab on your Fitbit app, it will depend where are you located? Not this is an in-app only feature launched for iOS and Android and is only available if you are located in the US.
About your notifications issue, I'm wondering if you are getting an error beyond the step is displayed on your screenshot? Based on that picture you need to proceed with enabling the notifications. For more details use the following post.
If you are having troubles to continue with the process, my recommendation is to try these troubleshooting steps: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app).
