please check your logs for conversations with help person, voucher E233289 ordered from QVC on 10/22/19. Have spoken with Christian and Jamilla, and others, watch will not sync. Please help or allow me to return it. 6074255935, lynn.klinko44@gmail.com

I have a Versa 2 and have the same issue. It is just defected.
