heart rate not syncing

So I'm a complete fitbit newbie it came this morning. But I can't get it to sync my heart rate to my app. It's measuring my heart rate it just isn't coming up on my dashboard! And this was one of the reasons I bought this fitbit! (Charge hr)
Any help greatly appreciated!

For what it's worth, my heart rate isn't displaynig this morning on the fitbit.com web dashboard or the Android app.  It lookos like it quite displaying on the app just before 8:30 pm EST last night (1/6/16).
