Welcome to the Community @Angeldog!

I'm afraid I don't understand what you're trying to say. I believe that you mean that your Android phone is not logging into your account, is that so? If that is the case, please make sure that you are using the correct email address to log into your account as there shouldn't be any issues impeding the app from locating your account.

If that is not the case, please let me know what is happening so that I can properly assist you.

Look forward to your reply.

I had an iPhone and had no issues always got text and phone alerts on my charge 2.  I stupidly changed to an android phone on Wednesday.    Looking at reviews for this particular phone people are saying the blue tooth isn't comparable to allow text notifications.   I am trying to get some ammo to take with me to get my phone changed.  It also dosnt work in my car hands free.   Hope I can sort it.

Hello @Angeldog.

Thanks for the update. Hopefully you will get this sorted out in the most beneficial way for you! You can always use the compatibility list to check if the device you will purchase or get is fully supported, and what features it does support.

Feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
