Can someone please help? Just got a fitbit alta today . I charged it fully, downloaded the app , but the thing it's self wont switch on. The only thing it says is "fitbit.com/setup" or " v.23.21.19" . Can someone explain this to me please? it's really frustrating not being able to use something that cost me so much money

@plzhelplol, the tracker can only display the Fitbit.com/setup message until you complete the setup process with the Fitbit app. Open the Fitbit app, log into your account, select the Account screen, select Set Up a Device, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup process.
