Hi, @gaenor, I notice you are posting from an Android phone. On your dashboard click on your device (Charge), if you have not already removed it. On the next screen you will see "replace or add device" . Choose "add a new device" and follow the instructions from there.
If you have already removed your charge, go to fitbit.com/setup and follow the instructions there.
