incorrect mile tracking

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I ran a half marathon and logged it as a run from the start line, but fitbit logged it as only 14.22 miles which is almost a full mile off the actual time.

Bit miffed to not have that milestone officially logged and for the incorrect data, and would like to know a way to fix that? Editing the mileage manually doesn't work.

If you can't edit the distance then not much else you can do. You could use Strava (if you don't use it yet) and ask Strava to correct the distance and metrics by correcting the distance (assuming that GPS was working correctly).
