Hi, my daughter has a Fitbit, is 13 and it's saying she must migrate to Google before may 19th or it'll be deleted. But says it doesn't support a supervised account?
The response, "turn off supervision" is honestly crazy that Fitbit are thinking this is an acceptable work around to a problem they created.
Is there anything else that can be done?

Hi @ForceANature110 I haven’t faced this personally, but this is most common recommendation. Other parents say you can turn off the supervision, migrate the account, then reinstate the supervision. Other parents said that you can’t do this all at once. It might take a day between ending the supervision and being able to migrate. Another day to reinstate the supervision.
