My fitbit 2 is no longer showing a map of my runs when I track off of the app, Also it breaks my runs down into 2 separate runs each time. I have checked all GPS settings and they are set correctly.
Hello @tat6583 are you or pausing the app and then resume? If so the map will be lost, depending on the phone type, I see no mention of the phone in your post which is asking about the phone and the Fitbit app
I have a Samsung note and I am not pausing during my runs. It used to show maps but has stopped and now it is also splitting the runs into 2 events. I have read all the forums but have not found any solutions that work.
