I've had my Fitbit for a couple of months and on my Galaxy 5. All of a sudden it stopped syncing. Galaxy recently did a software update..I'm not sure if that has something to do with it. I tried all the trouble shooting. After I was done it says "can't connect to live data." Not sure how to get it to work.

Best AnswerHi, I have the same problem as other posters on this thread.
I am using Fitbit Charge HR which has worked perfectly since the summer and running the app on a Samsung Galaxy S5 (Lollipop).
The last synced on Wednesday 6th Jan at lunchtime. I haven't recently had a software update and nothing has changed on my phone this week. phone reboot, disconnecting and reconnecting bluetooth etc haven't helped.
Hopefully you have a solution to this problem.
Thanks.
Best AnswerSame issue in both android devices, the new galaxy note (lollipop) and tab 4 (kitkat). The tab 4 was the first to go down, either Tuesday or Wednesday this week. Now tonight the note is saying Tracker Not Found. I've done all of the troubleshooting with no results

@ajheard@Tkdbb4@Kimmypoo@SunsetRunner@BreefavreInteresting, I suggest giving all the troubleshooting tips here a try. If that has already been tried or it doesn't resolve the syncing troubles, can you please let me know what mobile device and Android OS you have (Android 5.0, 5.1, 5.1.1, 6.0 etc)? That will help to further provide you with other options.
My Fitbit HR has not synced with desktop or tablet in 5 days. I have tried all of the "fixes" read here and nothing seems to work. Any more suggestions?
Best Answer@ErickFitbit I had previously followed the troubleshooting steps, but did again with no avail. I now tried unpairing from bluetooth and reconnecting, but that has just made it worse. Now when scanning, bluetooth cannot detect the tracker, even though it is on my wrist next to the phone. Here's the details:
Samsung Galaxy S5 Android v5.0
Fitbit Charge HR
Fitbit Android app v2.16.3
Thank you!
Best Answer@ErickFitbit ok, my fitbit is syncing with my android app now!!! Here is what I did:
- Unpaired tracker from Bluetooth
- Uninstalled app - reinstalled app
- Rebooted phone
- Launched Fitbit app - it synced straight away and connected
I have not needed to run a Bluetooth scan to pair the device with the phone, it is not showing up in the Bluetooth list of paired devices, but the tracker is definitely connected, synced and working. All the data from Wednesday when it last synced is now in the app.
Don't quite know how it is working, but those are the steps I took. I hope this works for other people too.
Best AnswerI finally got it to sybce a couple of days ago by resettung the tracker. Thanks for the tips!!!!

@Sinbady2k@Clau1114 I recommend performing a factory reset on the Charge HR and then giving set up and syncing another try.
@SunsetRunner@Kimmypoo@Breefavre Yay! happy to hear that you're back on track and also, huge shoutout for taking the time to share what worked for you. I am sure that it will help other users experiencing similar symptoms.
