How do I let app know I have upgraded?

In the side menu, open up devices and click the plus icon at the top. You can use the setup there to add your new tracker. You can either leave your old tracker on the account or delete it from that same menu by clicking the tracker and then the trash icon.

You have very kindly sent me new Fitbit as the wrist band is damaged. I have set up the new one on the app and had to removed the old one from my app as it would not allow me to add a second device of the same make? Unfortunately I forgot to stop the alarms on the old device firstly. How can I turn the old device off or can I add it as a second device?

@frygirl57@JoA Welcome to our Community! @frygirl57 Glad to see that @MakMak response helped you resolved your issue.

@JoA To deactivate your previous tracker's alarms you will need to either set it up as a replacement tracker and delete the alarms or just let the battery drain at which point the alarms won't bother you anymore.
