I am no longer seeing text or call notifications on my Fitbit Charge 2 from my Galaxy Note 3.  I have tried syncing multiple times from both phone and desktop versions of the fitbit app.

 

Has something changed in the last couple months?

Galaxy Note 3 and hp tablets had this issue. Samsung has now worked on this glitch and it is fixed. And in the case of hp, you can update the software easily from https://hpsupports.co/hp-customer-support/

Let me help you get the notifications to work once more. 

 

In this case I'd recommend that you try to follow the steps in this help article. They should help you to get the notifications to work once more with your Note 3 and Charge 2.
