I have a Samsung Note 5 and cant receive any text messages..I get the notifcation..but it just says new message...I want to see who its from and what is said. Can anyone help
Hi, @Dympled1! Have you checked the settings in your messenger app to see what your preview settings are for the phone? That's the most likely culprit.
