Hello, I recently purchased the new fitbit Ionic. I have gotten synced up with my phone but I do not get any notifications. I have a htc 10. When I go into to app I see the correct apps chosen for notifications, outlook, message+, calls button turned on, even other apps. I have tried to unpair the ionic and repair it, while restarting my phone. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Sigh, It is with a heavy heart that I too am suffering from the loss of text notifications, despite doing all the things I tell others to do in the same situation. Notifications were working fine, now I get nothing, even sending a "Test Notification" from the app fails to deliver anything.
Is this the point at which I must throw myself on the floor in a righteous tantrum and chew on the carpets in frustration at the lack of my text notifications appearing upon my well muscled wrist.
Seriously if there is a fix I'd love to hear it as I've literally tried everything 😉
Can still sync, transfer music and apps and all the other things but no notifications.

It is very odd that Fitbit has not updated the software to work on htc 10.

Well My tantrum has been aborted for now 😉 solved the notifications problem by "Force Stopping" the App then restarting it.
Turning the phone on and off did not work, but going into the Galaxy S5 settings to Application manager then selecting the Fitbit App and clicking on "Force Stop" did work. At least for now. There is a chance the notifications may stop working again in the future and I hope this method will work again to fix it.
Still it is something that should not be occurring in the first place imho
