I have face this problem very long time

I face sync problem with my Android phone vivo v9 

Please give best solution

Hello @Bhavin1617.

 

This might happening because the Vivo V9 is not currently a supported device. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with it as of yet and some issues like this might happen.

 

It's important to note that as long as a phone fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it will work, but we cannot guarantee it. Some users with unsupported devices have mentioned that following these troubleshooting steps helps out, maybe you could give it a try.

But I can try it my any othar 2 android phone but it is same I have fitbit
charge HR and I can use this 2 3 manth at my Android vivo v9
